When you join us, you will become part of a small team who cares deeply and is committed to providing a supportive environment for its clients and team members to reach their goals – whatever these might be.
Once settled in, you’ll be able to work flexibly and remotely if you want to. We believe in work-life balance as well as being a sustainable business, so we’re cloud-based and paperless, and only request we all work from our office in Marden, Kent, one day a week. We find it easier to foster team spirit that way.
You will be encouraged to contribute to, innovate and challenge how we do things to provide better and more efficient services. You will design a training programme for your own development needs and be given time to ensure you keep up-to-date with taxation and technology changes.
