MARIANNE DADD
I am a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in Accountancy and Financial Management. I have worked for large companies in my early career, both in practice and industry, and am passionate about using my training and experience to help founders and small business owners achieve their goals. I enjoy the outdoors and jog to keep fit.
MARY GODDARD
Having worked as a Media Analyst and journalist for 10 years I decided on a change of career and qualified as a bookkeeper. I look after the bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns and Financial Management for a number of our clients, I have a special interest in our property and construction clients . I am a keen cyclist and have taken part in several challenging events. I also have a passion for tennis.
JO LATHAM
I trained with a Top 100 accountancy firm approximately 25 years ago. I have experience of working in both practice and industry. I enjoy undertaking the VAT returns, management and year end accounts for clients. In my spare time I enjoy swimming and walking.
CLARE GILLINGHAM
I joined MD Accountancy Team having previously worked in industry for large companies doing payroll, purchase ledger, VAT returns and onboarding of clients, as well as varied roles outside of accountancy. I pride myself on my work and like to assist in keeping clients happy. I have two children aged 18 and four and I love dogs.
JANE OATLEY
I am a Chartered Accountant and joined MD Accountancy Team in 2018. I look after the year end accounts and corporation tax returns for most of our clients. In my spare time I enjoy travel, gardening and I have just taken up golf.
SHARON MAYHEW
I am a Chartered Accountant, with over 30 years of experience. I have worked in both medium and small practices, focussing on owner-managed businesses in a number of sectors. I have experience in book-keeping, VAT returns, year end accounts and personal tax returns. In my spare time I am involved with my local scout group and help run activities for both our Beavers and Squirrels.
MELANIE SMITH
I joined MD Accountancy Team in 2021 as Office Manager. I look after the smooth running of the practice and keep everyone organised. I have worked for over 25 years in an office environment. I am a mother/stepmother to four children who keep me constantly busy and on my toes. I am currently studying towards gaining my Association of Accounting Technician Qualification.
